If a property is set to go to auction, it can sometimes be advantageous to secure it beforehand due to the inherent uncertainties of the auction process.

Additionally, we consider current market conditions to determine whether it is more beneficial to negotiate a pre-auction purchase or to allow the auction to proceed.
