Our client’s brief was for a large home for a growing family with a heritage facade that had a modernised interior with nothing to spend. Walkability was very important, and being lovers of Italian (cafe) culture we knew this pocket of Leichhardt with the best of the village atmosphere would fit the bill. The home is expansive in its proportions, with a ten metre frontage and over 265sqm of land on title. An additional perk- a woodfired pizza oven waiting to be fired up-already in the back yard!.
