Surry Hills

Whilst we prefer to secure our purchases either off-market or private negotiation this one had to be sold via auction and it turned into nothing short of a bidding war with 18 registered bidders and 79 bids placed over a 45 minute showdown. We walked away with the prize – one very happy client and one very special Surry Hills pad. Congrats to our buyer!
