There Are Three Types of People: Those Who Make Things Happen, Those Who Watch Things Happen, and Those Who Wonder What Happened.
Nicholas Murray Butler
Buying a home or investment property is a life-changing act.
It’s an act of defiance against a tide of negative news and a statement that you envisage a better brighter future.
It requires you to be the type of person who Makes Things Happen.
If you’re that type of person, I’m with you. If you think the future on any meaningful horizon is bright, I’m with you.
We are innovating at breakneck speed in ways that immediately improve quality of life in the fields of education, health care, transportation and agriculture. Most importantly we are in the midst of a once-in-a-millennium shift from carbon to renewable energy.
Australia is perfectly poised to benefit from all fields of innovation, particularly from the transition to renewable energy sources.
With abundant access to solar, wind, wave and hydrogen energy, and a roadmap to harness it, we stand to benefit as domestic users and as exporters to a global market with insatiable demand.
This transition will require hundreds of thousands of skilled employees over coming decades and we’ll leverage our status as the luckiest country to cherry pick the best and brightest global citizens to join our ranks to make it happen.
Where will these affluent hordes live?
For the speculative types you could argue zones close to major infrastructure projects will boom, but perhaps like the old mining towns their prosperity will be short-lived.
Major cities would be a safer bet. I see the majority gravitating to areas that have been earmarked for increasing density and greenfield development.
And the inner metro areas that cannot be developed much further? Those with easy access to work hubs, transport, schools, parks, and beaches?
They’ll attract the very most affluent citizens And who knows where property prices in those areas will go.
Welcome to 2023, . Let’s make this the year you buy property.
Let’s make this your best year yet.
